STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)

BlueBot, Ozobot, Dash, Makey Makey, Microbit and WeDo are terms some of you may not have heard of before but these were just some of the terrific STEM activities that all of our students were able to engage in last week under the guidance of a senior STEMshare leader from the DoE. Following this all of our staff engaged in a twilight Professional Learning session designed to build teacher capacity. Our school is embarking on further significant short and long term STEM planning and implementation, including resource acquisition and teacher Professional Learning. In addition we are excited to have acquired a STEMshare kit for use by all classes.
